2. I already have an active sooka subscription. Am I still eligible for the long-term plans?
Yes, definitely! You can switch depending on how you originally purchased your subscription.
If your subscription was purchased via Web Payment / FPX:
1. Go to My Account
2. Click Change Plan
3. Select Modify Current Plan
4. Choose your preferred plan
5. Choose your subscription duration (1/3/12 months)
6. Enjoy seamless access instantly!
If your subscription was purchased via App Payment (App Store / Google Play):
1. Go to My Account
2. Click Change Plan
3. Select Cancel Current Plan
4. Wait for your current billing cycle to end
